Summer is over and the season of "mists and mellow fruitfulness" is upon us. At Clifton Farm it is a time to unwind; to reflect upon the business of summer; to move from the sunny lounge across to the intimacy of the drawing room and reminisce over mugs of hot, steaming, homemade soup and bowls of fruit laden crumbles with custard like Mother used to make!
